Our inspiring path to healing
My journey into yoga began as a teenager, over 25 years ago, igniting a deep understanding of anatomy and a passion for healing through alternative medicine. Starting as a massage therapist in my early 20s, my path evolved into teaching yoga after the birth of my daughter. Inspired and trained by my Iyengar Yoga "Mum," I continue to refine my practice weekly with her daughter, my yoga "sister." Yoga is my anchor for mental health and neurological balance, proving how profoundly transformative even a single session can be. My motto is "strong body, strong mind," always striving for presence, elevating ourselves to be our best.

Yoga for every journey
At Crystal Rose Yoga, I believe yoga is for everyone, but I especially love sharing yoga with Mums, like me and young people. My teaching transforms lives, fostering greater vitality and energy in all my students. Witnessing the positive shifts in body, mind, and soul is incredibly rewarding. Whether you're seeking to de-stress, build strength, or find inner peace, our classes are designed to uplift and invigorate. Strong focus on alignments and anatomy. Classes are tailored to suits stuidents individaul needs. Crystal has over 8 years of teaching practise and 20 pluse years training, passionate about yoga therapy, iyengar inspired practise. Chances are yoga can fix many ailments, issues and correct many disalignments which lead to aches and pains over time.

Our classes are relaxing, uplifting, and inclusive—a sanctuary where you can simply come as you are. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, you'll be welcomed into a supportive and nurturing space.
To build confidence and deepen understanding, we explore a different aspect of yoga throughout the month:
🌿 Week One: Standing poses to cultivate strength, stability, and grounding.
🌿 Week Two: Forward bends to encourage surrender, introspection, and release.
🌿 Week Three: Backbends to open the heart, build courage, and energise the body.
🌿 Week Four: Pranayama (breathwork) to calm the nervous system and deepen awareness.
🌿 Week Five (when the month allows): A playful mix of "odds and sods"—a chance to revisit favourite poses, explore new techniques, and enjoy a little variety.
Every class finishes with time to rest and restore, leaving you feeling centred, refreshed, and renewed.
